Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom-made or altered abayas
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion
  • Worn or damaged items

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in case of defective or incorrect items received.

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
